What you own
- canonical product objects and product-facing contracts;
- the institutional workflow from demand input through proof artifacts;
- enterprise data and system integrations;
- route, state, error and missing-context behavior;
- production quality, testing and observability.
First 90 days
- establish the product authority map and route inventory;
- ship one fixture-backed institutional workflow;
- deliver a production-ready path with source references, audit state, deterministic tests and integration boundaries.
What great looks like
One shared object chain renders every required institutional surface without duplicated truth or unsupported runtime claims.
Experience
Experience building production software, enterprise integrations, typed product contracts, deterministic tests, and observability.
Location and compensation
Full-time · New York City.
Base salary: $180,000–$235,000.
