What you own
- source-bound model and data operations;
- canonical data and fixture governance;
- evaluation, reason codes and missing-context behavior;
- model lineage, monitoring and drift;
- continuous underwriting operations.
First 90 days
- establish model-output acceptance rules;
- deliver the fixture registry, evidence schema and evaluation harness;
- operate continuous underwriting across payment, dispute, lien, stale evidence, route memory and audit events.
What great looks like
No model output enters a product or proof artifact without source lineage, object identity, state, missing-context treatment and an audit event.
Experience
Experience operating production data or model systems with evaluation, lineage, reason codes, monitoring, drift, and audit controls.
Location and compensation
Full-time · New York City.
Base salary: $200,000–$260,000.
