What you own
- forward-flow and capital-product grammar;
- eligibility schedules, reserves, concentration and pricing context;
- controlled-cash and reporting requirements;
- term-sheet object structure;
- counsel and documentation boundaries.
First 90 days
- lock the forward-flow field dictionary and terms boundary;
- specify the controls and reporting required for execution;
- deliver a reusable capital-product specification without blurring entity, legal or authority boundaries.
What great looks like
One controlled product record can support investor review, implementation and documentation without unsupported financial or legal claims.
Experience
Experience in structured finance, receivables finance, private credit, forward-flow programs, or capital-markets product.
Location and compensation
Full-time · New York City.
Base salary: $200,000–$250,000.
